At BDiva, every piece is crafted with care, and we want you to love what you receive. Please review our policy below.

Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of a manufacturing defect or a damaged product received. If this applies to your order, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we'll arrange a pick-up of the product from your address at no extra cost. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4 to 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Exchanges
Not the right fit or shade? If you'd like to exchange your product for a different size or colour, simply write to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product will need to be shipped back to us at your own cost, and once received, we'll send you a replacement of your choice.

How to Raise a Request
Email us at [your email] or call us at [your phone number] with your order number, photos of the product (for defect/damage claims), and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Note: Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
